Return and Refund Policy
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Sales@pureleafandbeanco.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).
